Pre-Pride Intro Meetuk.glb Meet at "The Yard" Rupert Street, Soho. It's probably going to be packed so be warned, but this is a chance to meet up with people which will hopefully make the Pride day easier. The Yard isn't that big so even if you've not met the folks of uk.glb before you should be able to find us eventually! |

PicknickWith or without food, at "The Queen's Temple" in Hyde ParkThe QT is marked on my map half way between the Physical Energy Statue and the bridge that carries West carriage Drive across the Serpentine. It's north of, and visible from, the Serpentine Gallery Food: for people who would prefer not to carry their dinner all day or shop on the hoof I'm offering to cater. Or drop off your contributions with me on Friday evening Drop me a line if you're interested There's Mardi Gras at Finsbury Park. See The Mardi Gras pages. There should be plenty of time to take a light lunch in the park and still enjoy hours at Mardi Gras if wished. Info on Parking and loos below. The Wet Weather plans are various. Slightly wet and we can just get under cover in the QT. If it looks persistantly wet then beat a retreat to a hospitable hostelry. "The Champion" at No1 Bayswater Road, Between Queensway and Notting Hill tube stations. It seems likely that we'll adjourn somewhere later in the evening anyway. |
